These are the environmental practices we put in place:
● Education, prevention, reduction, recycling of food thanks to a partnership with Banco Alimentare through BringTheFood;
● Availability of microfiltered water dispensers in the F&B department;
● Supply of water-saving toilets and showers;
● Magnetic card or electrical system with motion sensors used to save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions;
● At least 80% of lights with energy-saving LED technology;
● Plastic water bottles replacement inside the minibars by the can version or recycled plastic;
● Use of straws in biodegradable pla;
● Supply of Cupper tea, 100% organic, with biodegradable sachets, of vegetable origin, non-GMO and not chemically bleached;
● Promotion of local cultural activities through dedicated and personalized packages;
● Use of biodegradable detergents.
